Juniors Indoor Winter Training 2025/6 1 of 3

1. Cricket For All

As its name suggests, The Cricket for All Programme is open to everyone (current and new members) - subject to coaching ratios and hall capacity.

Focus of sessions
The sessions are aimed at players who want to practice and improve over the winter. They are also suitable for beginners. They will involve drills, indoor games and some net sessions focused on having fun whilst developing participants all-round skills. The beginning of the programme will focus on basic skills and key fundamentals. Post Xmas and as we move closer to the Summer cricket season, these sessions will focus more toward game based learning and match intensity.

Coaches
The sessions will be delivered by Paul Frost (ECB Level 3 qualification) and James Parslow (ECB recognised Level 2 Coach and NMCC Director of Cricket) with help when required from other pro coaches and/or volunteers from our Club’s coaching team.

There will be 5 separate squads – U7/8; U9/10; U11/12, U13+ and a girls only squad for girls between U7 and U15. Age Groups are determined by age on 31 August 2025.

Girls are welcome to train with their age group in the mixed sessions or in the girls only session.

Sessions will run on the following Sundays.

Venue
