North Middlesex CC are very excited to announce that our popular winter Minis programme will be starting on January 25th, 2026. Please feel free to share this information with friends, schools, neighbours, the more the merrier! Information about the sessions is below.

1. Overview and focus – Targeted at girls and boys in Reception and Year 1, this softball programme is perfect for beginners and will involve drills / indoor games focused on the children having lots of fun whilst learning some basic cricket know-how and skills.

2. Coach – James Parslow, ECB Level 2 coach and NMCC Director of cricket.

3. Dates - Sessions will run on the following Sundays at 9.30am to 10.30am – January 25; Feb1, 8 and 15, 22; March 1, 8 15, 22, 29.

4. Venue – Gym at Hornsey School for Girls, Inderwick Road, Crouch End, N8 9JF. Parking is available next to the Sports Hall, (A short walk through the school from the Sports Hall).

5. Cost –
a. £100 for the entire programme - you are welcome to attend the first session as a taster before committing to the rest of the programme.
b. In these difficult times, we would not want any junior to be excluded for financial reasons, if cost is an issue a Club-funded Bursary may be available - please see the Club’s Bursary policy.

6. Parents - may stay to watch the sessions if they wish. Help from parents is always welcomed. Please let James know at the sessions if you would like to get involved.

7. How to register your interest –
a. Please email nmcc.wintertraining@gmail.com confirming your interest and we will then set up a payment link via Pitchero. New members should complete the following booking form so that we have the required contact information, we will then set you up with a Pitchero account.
