North Middlesex Cricket Club

NMCC wishes to express its sincere thanks to the The Tottenham Grammar School Foundation for their generous support over recent years . Their funding has contributed substantially to the much improved practice facilities, pitches and outfield at our ground. The Foundation have also helped some of our Junior Members travel to New Zealand to represent England in the Cricket Indoor World Cup

Founded in 2016, CSDS support organisations based in North London that deliver: amateur sport, education and sickness relief, with funding for capital projects.

The Jack Petchey Foundation was set up to support young people aged 11-25 through programmes in schools and youth organisations. Almost 2,000 schools, colleges and youth organisations throughout London and Essex run the scheme, which contributes millions of pounds each year. NMCC has successfully applied to join the Achievement Award Scheme which aims to celebrate the achievements of young people by rewarding them with a framed certificate, a Young Achiever Badge, a medallion and £250 to be spent on a project of their choice. Nominations are open to everyone associated with the club who thinks that a member between the ages of 11 and 25 deserves recognition. That is not to say that performance on the pitch is the prime factor in any nomination. It is also important to reward those who contribute in other ways, so a colt who always attends training but may not be the most competent cricketer, or someone who stays behind to help put away training equipment, are just as likely to receive an award. Nomination forms can be obtained from coaches or from Martin Armstrong-Fox our Jack Petchey Foundation Coordinator by emailing him at martin.armstrongfox@btinternet.com. Coaches are also involved with the nomination process and all nominations will be considered by a small informal committee. A 'wish list' of items that the club need for our colts’ cricket teams will be given to each group of winners for them to choose how they would like their award to be spent. Award winners are presented with their certificates at one of the Clubs functions and they also have the opportunity to attend an award ceremony when they are presented with their medallion. We are delighted at North Middlesex CC to welcome healthcare providers Welbeck as the club's principal sponsor for the 2025 season. We thank Welbeck for their support and look forward to what we hope will be a longstanding, fruitful, proactive, mutually beneficial relationship, beginning in this significant season for the club, the 150th since our foundation in 1875. There will be opportunities to hear from – and learn more about – Welbeck's offerings over the course of the season.
