New Level 2 Coaches and Support Workers
Great to report that the Midd has 6 new ECB Level 2 Coaches for the 2017 outdoor Season. Achieving this qualification involves approx. 40 hours of coursework, supported practices and final assessment. The new L2 Coaches are David Boyd, Adam Frais, Mike and Alex Harris, Joe Kohler and Doug Teesdale.

We also have some helpers who have passed the ECB one day Coach Support Worker course during the Winter. We are checking on final names but know for sure that Luke Hollman (U16), Hugh Teesdale (U17), Jeetendra Solanki and Gerald Clark are amongst them.

The Club is enormously grateful to all these volunteers for the time and effort they have invested for our benefit. Congratulations Guys.

We are always looking to extend our pool of qualified coaches. If anyone would like more info on future coach education courses please email nmcc.colts@gmail.com.

New Bowling Machine
The Club has bought a new Bola bowling machine which will be available for use by authorised members, subject to strict guidelines. Initially we were intending to soldier on with our current machine. However, when we approached Bola to provide some spare parts, they asked for its serial number. Armed with that, they checked and discovered that our machine was sold to the person who eventually donated it to the Club on 15 June 1992. We thought that after nearly 25 years its race was surely run!
