Another stand out innings from Matt Moran. He looked odds on for another ton before spoiling the home supporters lunches by uncharacteristically mishitting a drive. Max Harris brightened up the afternoon session with some brilliant shots interspersed with some good fortune.
Alex McQueen bowled beautifully as always to help secure a maximum 12 points.

Monday evening

First trophy of the Season for the Midd with our U17s winning the East Area Cup Final against Stoke Newington. A splendid ton from Will Frais (pictured after his knock) ably supported by 77 from Jay Madan laid the foundations for an above par score of 226 for 3 off 20. SN scored 108 for 7 in reply.
