Our Junior Section

The Junior Section is a vital part of North Midd. We strive to create a friendly and inclusive environment for boys and girls which encourages Juniors of all abilities to enjoy their cricket and improve their skills so enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Our Mens Senior Teams

The Midd’s senior men’s teams have a track record of being competitive and of success. This culminated in 2025 when we achieved the unprecedented feat of winning the league’s 1st, 2nd and 3rd XI Premier League competitions and our MDL side (under 21s) also won their county competition. Also our 4th XI finished as the highest placed 4th XI team in the county and our 5th XI had their highest ever finish. The Premier League is recognised as the strongest League in London and Middlesex. When they are available, our home grown Middlesex professionals (who joined the club at a very young age), play for the Midd in the Premier League.

We put out six men’s senior teams, something only a handful of clubs do in the county. This means we can offer something for everyone including competitive cricket as well as development opportunities for our older juniors.
Our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Senior XIs play matches on Saturday afternoons at North Midd. Juniors and their families are very welcome to come and support.

Our 4th and 5th XIs play their home fixtures at the Douglas Eyre Ground (E17 7HE) and the Peter May Ground (E17 4HR) respectively. The location for our 6th XI is still being finalised. Again, supporters are welcome.

Our Womens senior team

We successfully launched a womens team in 2024 in conjunction with Primrose Hill CC. The team is called North Hill. This has really gathered momentum. It offers opportunities for our older girls to play alongside seasoned professionals, a fantastic development opportunity. In 2025 the team won the Middlesex Premier League, a fantastic achievement at such an early stage. We are excited to be running that team again in 2026. Mums and friends and family members are invited to join our women’s practices on Wednesday evenings. Some home matches are at the Midd and again we would love you to come and support.
