Objectives of our Club
1. To be a high quality, inclusive cricket club, representative of our community, which embraces diversity in all its forms, offers a safe setting which promotes physical and mental well-being, contributes positively to our physical environment and values all who contribute to the club as players, officials, parents, volunteers, or spectators.
2. To offer affordable ‘Cricket for All’, with ample competitive cricket opportunities at all junior age groups for all who wish to play regardless of ability, while providing a high quality pathway for our strongest players to reach MCCL Premier League standard and beyond to county and international representation.
3.To have our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd teams in the Premier divisions of the Middlesex County Cricket League and our 4th and 5th teams in the highest divisions for which they are eligible. To field a 6th team in the League as an entry point for juniors to play with and against adult players.
4. To maintain our joint venture with Primrose Hill CC to field North Hill teams in the highest leagues for which they are eligible.
5. To ensure that our strongest team in each junior age group (boys and girls) is competitive in the highest Middlesex regional division for that age group.
6. To have an engaged membership and instil a ‘can do’ spirit throughout the club regarding all its activities and objectives.
7. To be a force for good in the wider community, reaching out to those who might not otherwise have had an opportunity to play cricket, and making our facilities, including our coaching resources and our ground available to schools and other organisations.
