Our Junior Section

The Junior Section is a vital part of North Midd. We strive to create a friendly and inclusive environment which encourages Juniors of all abilities to enjoy their cricket and improve their skills so enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Our Senior Teams

The Midd’s senior teams have a track record of success. In 2019 our 1st XI won the Premier Division of the Middlesex County Cricket League, in 2021 were joint runners-up and in 2023 were League Leaders until the very last match! The Premier League is recognised as the strongest League in London and Middlesex. When they are available, our home grown Middlesex professionals (who joined the club at a very young age), play for the Midd in the Premier League.

Our Second XI were champions of the Second XI Premier League for 3 of the 4 Pre-Covid Seasons and were second in 2021.

In 2023 our Fourth XI returned to the Third Tier Division 1 League.

Our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Senior XIs play matches on Saturday afternoons at North Midd. Juniors and their families are very welcome to come and support.

Our 4th and 5th XIs play their home fixtures at the Douglas Eyre Ground (E17 7HE) and the Peter May Ground (E17 4HR) respectively. Again, supporters are welcome.

Girls and Women

We run Girls’ teams from U10 to U15 and are in the process of establishing a women’s team. Mums and friends and family members are invited to join our girls and women’s practices on Sunday mornings as a prelude to playing in the women’s team.
